Chickpea Patties

Chickpeas are a type of legume. Legumes are classified as both a vegetable and a protein food, so they are a great source of fiber to help you feel fuller for longer and regulate your blood sugar, boast a wide array of vitamins and minerals including manganese, copper, iron, folate, and many more, and they pack approximately 14-15 grams of plant protein per cup.
